Please use our returns portal to register your return. You will need your order number and email address.

Please note the following requirements:

• The item must be in its original condition, including all tags and original packaging.
• The item must not have been worn, washed, or otherwise altered.
• The return must be made within 14 days of receipt.

For returns from Germany, a return shipping fee of €6.49 will be deducted from the refund amount. You do not need to pay this fee separately; it will simply be subtracted from your refund.

For returns from other EU countries, a return shipping fee of €10.49 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.
